2. Shipping and returns
These terms apply if you place your order at www.aiguadolc.shop
- After your order and payment, we will ship your order within five working days.
- You can return your order within 14 days (the costs for the return are at your expense).
- If you have returned your order correctly, we will refund the purchase amount within 14 days after receiving your return.
- Did we make a mistake with the refund? You can reclaim up to three months after your order to have us refund your money.
- If your order has not arrived in good condition, we will send you a replacement package.
3. Our offer
We do our best to describe our offer as precisely as possible so that you can make an informed decision. We can however not be held responsible for mistakes made.
Our offer always includes the price in Euro including VAT and EU ground shipping.

Our liability (other than product liability) is limited to direct damage and the amount of the net invoice value of the product. We are not liable for any form of indirect damage.
6. Applicable law and competent court
All agreements apply exclusively to spanish law. All disputes are solely settled by the competent spanish court.
